📤 Uploading Data Elements Using the Web Application
📌 Overview
The Wound³ application is intended to be a single source of truth for all wound data. This guide explains how to upload data captured outside of the Wound³ Mobile Application through the Web Portal data upload feature.
🧠 What data might need to be uploaded?
Some data may be captured outside of the Wound³ Mobile Application. This might include data like:
- 🔥 Thermal Images
- 📝 Medical Notes
- 📊 External Charts
- 📸 Additional Images or Videos
👥 Who can upload data?
Care Providers, Facility Managers, and Facility Network Administrators can upload data to a patient profile. To ensure data quality, patients may only capture data through the Wound³ Mobile Application.
🛠️ How do I upload data?
To upload data to the web application:
- 🔓 Log In: Access the Web Portal using your account credentials.
- 🗂️ Navigate to Patient Management: From the dashboard, select Manage Patients.
- 👆 Select Your Patient: Scroll and select the patient to whom you are adding data.
- 🩹 Select the Wound: Select the wound profile to which you are adding data. You will then see past information from that wound.
- 🖼️ Scroll to Wound Media: Scroll down and select Add Media in the Wound Media box.
- 📤 Upload Data: Drag and drop your files in the dialog box, or click to select desired file(s) from your device.
